Uygulama, oyuncular için hazırlanmış resmî olmayan bir yardımcı uygulamadır. Herhangi bir oyunun yayıncısı veya geliştiricisiyle bağlantılı değildir; onlar tarafından desteklenmez veya onaylanmaz.
Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikada açıklanan veri işleme uygulamalarını kabul etmiş olursunuz.
2. Topladığımız Bilgiler
2.1 Otomatik olarak toplanan teknik bilgiler

Toplamadığımız veriler: ad-soyad, e-posta, telefon numarası, kesin konum, kişi listesi, fotoğraf, kamera, mikrofon, sağlık verisi. Uygulama hesap açmanızı gerektirmez.
2.2 Kullanım verileri (Firebase Analytics)
Uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınıza dair olay kayıtları: uygulama açılışı, ekran görüntülemeleri, enerji bağlantısı tıklamaları (bağlantı kimliği, başlık, kategori), oyun açma/oynama, rehber görüntüleme, etkinlik açma, ödül talep etme, bildirim tıklamaları, arama sorguları ve sonuç sayıları. Bu veriler anonim olarak işlenir.
2.3 Çökme ve performans verileri (Firebase Crashlytics)
Uygulama çöktüğünde hata kayıtları, yığın izleri, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve anonim kullanıcı kimliği toplanır. Amacı hataları tespit edip düzeltmektir.
2.4 Reklam verileri (Google AdMob)
Uygulama geçiş reklamları, banner reklamlar ve isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar gösterir. Google Mobile Ads SDK'sı reklam kimliği (Advertising ID / IDFA), IP adresi, cihaz bilgisi ve reklam etkileşimlerini işleyebilir. Reklam kişiselleştirmesini cihaz ayarlarınızdan kapatabilirsiniz:
- Android: Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar → "Reklam kimliğini sil" / kişiselleştirmeyi kapat
- iOS: Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme → "Uygulamaların İzlemesine İzin Ver" seçeneğini kapat
2.5 Yazı tipleri (Google Fonts)
Arayüz yazı tipleri Google sunucularından indirilebilir; bu sırada IP adresiniz Google'a iletilir.
3. Verileri Kullanma Amaçlarımız
- Uygulamanın temel işlevlerini sunmak (içerik gösterme, dil, bildirimler)
- İçeriği ve etkinlikleri güncel tutmak
- Hataları tespit etmek ve performansı iyileştirmek
- Uygulamanın hangi bölümlerinin kullanıldığını anlamak (anonim istatistik)
- Reklam göstermek ve uygulamayı ücretsiz tutmak

KVKK kapsamında işleme; 6698 sayılı Kanun md. 5/2 (f) "meşru menfaat" ve gerektiğinde "açık rıza" hukuki sebeplerine dayanır.
5. Verilerin Paylaşımı
Kişisel verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Yalnızca hizmet sağlayıcılarımızla paylaşırız:

Yasal yükümlülük hâlinde (mahkeme kararı, yetkili kurum talebi) veri paylaşılabilir. Verileriniz yurt dışındaki sunucularda (Google altyapısı) işlenebilir; bu paylaşım yukarıdaki sözleşmesel güvenceler çerçevesinde yapılır.

7. Haklarınız
GDPR ve KVKK kapsamında şu haklara sahipsiniz:

- Erişim, düzeltme, silme (unutulma hakkı)
- İşlemenin kısıtlanması ve itiraz
- Veri taşınabilirliği
- Rızayı geri çekme (reklam kişiselleştirmesi vb.)
- Denetim makamına şikâyet (Türkiye: KVKK Kurumu; AB: yerel veri koruma otoritesi)
Talepleriniz için: support@gossipharbor.app — 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.
8. Verilerin Silinmesi
Uygulama içinden (önerilen): Ayarlar → bildirimleri kapatın; cihazdaki tüm yerel veriler için uygulamayı kaldırın veya Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → Gossip Rewards → Depolamayı temizle.
Sunucu tarafı silme talebi: support@gossipharbor.app adresine, konu satırı "Veri Silme Talebi" olacak şekilde e-posta gönderin. E-postada uygulama içi kullanıcı kimliğinizi (varsa) veya cihaz modeli + yaklaşık ilk kullanım tarihinizi belirtin. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde işlenir; anonim profil, bildirim belirteci ve ilgili kayıtlar silinir. Yasal saklama zorunluluğu bulunan kayıtlar hariç tutulur.
9. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaş altından kişisel veri toplamaz. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı'nda 16 yaş altı için ebeveyn rızası gerekebilir. Böyle bir durumu fark ederseniz support@gossipharbor.app adresinden bildirin; kaydı derhal sileriz.
10. Uygulama İçindeki Üçüncü Taraf Web Siteleri
Uygulama, güvenli uygulama içi tarayıcıda harici web siteleri açar (mini oyunlar, sosyal medya, mağaza sayfaları, ödül talebi sayfaları). Bu sitelerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir; içeriklerinden ve veri uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.
11. Güvenlik
Veriler HTTPS üzerinden iletilir; Firebase erişimi güvenlik kuralları ve sunucu tarafı yetkilendirme ile korunur. Servis hesabı anahtarları istemciye asla gönderilmez. Ancak internet üzerinden hiçbir iletim %100 güvenli değildir.
12. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bildirim yapılır veya mağaza sayfasındaki "Yenilikler" bölümünde duyurulur. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

1. Introduction and Data Controller
This Privacy Policy explains how the Gossip Rewards mobile application (the "App") processes personal data.

The App is an unofficial companion app for players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by the publisher or developer of any game it covers.
By using the App you agree to the data practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect

What we do NOT collect: name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data. The App does not require you to create an account.
2.2 Usage data (Firebase Analytics)
Event records about how you use the App: app opens, screen views, energy link taps (link ID, title, category), game opens/plays, guide views, event opens, reward claims, notification taps, search queries and result counts. This data is processed anonymously.
2.3 Crash and performance data (Firebase Crashlytics)
When the App crashes, we collect error logs, stack traces, device model, OS version and the anonymous user ID. The purpose is to find and fix bugs.
2.4 Advertising data (Google AdMob)
The App shows interstitial ads, banner ads and optional rewarded ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process your advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA), IP address, device information and ad interactions. You can turn off ad personalisation in your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → delete advertising ID / turn off personalisation
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
2.5 Fonts (Google Fonts)
Interface fonts may be downloaded from Google servers, which transmits your IP address to Google.
3. How We Use the Data
- Providing the App's core features (content, language, notifications)
- Keeping content and events up to date
- Detecting bugs and improving performance
- Understanding which parts of the App are used (anonymous statistics)
- Showing ads and keeping the App free

We may disclose data where legally required (court order, competent authority request). Your data may be processed on servers outside your country (Google infrastructure) under the contractual safeguards referenced above.

7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws you have the right to:
- Know whether your data is being processed
- Access, rectify and erase your data (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict and object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent (e.g. ad personalisation)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

8. Data Deletion
From within the App (recommended): Settings → turn off notifications; to remove all local data, uninstall the App or use Settings → Apps → Gossip Rewards → Clear storage.
Server-side deletion request: email support@gossipharbor.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your in-app user ID (if available) or your device model and approximate first-use date. Requests are processed within 30 days; the anonymous profile, push token and related records are deleted, except records we are legally required to retain.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. In the European Economic Area, parental consent may be required for children under 16. If you become aware of such a case, contact support@gossipharbor.app and we will delete the record immediately.
10. Third-Party Websites Opened in the App
The App opens external websites in a secure in-app browser (mini games, social media, store pages, reward claim pages). Those sites have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or data practices.
11. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS; Firebase access is protected by security rules and server-side authorisation. Service account keys are never shipped to the client. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
12. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. For significant changes we will notify you in the App or via the "What's New" section of the store listing. The current version is always published on this page.
